Check Samsung TV Warranty Status with Serial Number
Samsung has a global portal that lets you check the warranty of its products, such as phones, tablets, or TVs. However, if you reside in the United States of America or Canada, you can check the warranty of your Samsung phone or TV online using the IMEI or serial number. Visit Samsung’s official warranty information page, enter the IMEI (phone), or the serial number (other products), and click the Search button.
Alternatively, you can also ask the Samsung support team to mail the warranty status of your device by sending your query along with the IMEI or serial number to smartservicewarranty@samsung.com.
Typically, Samsung provides a warranty of 12 months on all its CTV, LED, LCD, and PDP TVs. If you aren’t sure about the time you purchased your TV, you should visit the Samsung support page for your country or region to get the phone number of the support team. Just provide them with the serial number of your Samsung TV and they will tell you if your TV is under warranty or not.
