Applying the cursors
To apply the cursors, go to Settings > Devices and click on Mouse in the left column. On the right, click on the Additional mouse options link.

It will not work because i have done this once before and one day it disappeared and after i deleted the folder in the past it doesnt show me a install option and when i go to change my cursors it doesn’t show up
