Before the introduction of the LG Wing, phones with a foldable display like the Samsung Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip were called an innovation. We still see this technology as the future of smartphones. However, LG has come with another innovative swivel design with the LG Wing. This phone that takes a ‘T’ shape comes with a dual display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 px and 1080 x 1240 px respectively. The LG Wing reminds me of my Nokia 3250 that had a swivel keyboard. It was Nokia’s innovation back in 2005. Being a 2020 smartphone, the LG Wing offers the same level of wow-factor.

LG Wing Specifications
When it comes to hardware specifications, the LG Wing is a powerful giant. The size of the swivel display is 6.8 inches with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 px, 395 PPI, and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. The 3.9-inch secondary display has a higher PPI of 419 and a resolution of 1080 x 1240 pixels. The phone comes in 2 colors Aurora Gray and Illusion Sky.
The LG Wing has a triple camera setup (64MP + 13MP + 12MP). As for the selfie shooter, the phone has a 32MP pop-up camera. The good thing is the front and rear cameras can work together. You can enjoy dual recording and shoot from the front and the rear cameras simultaneously. Moreover, you can watch both shots side by side, PiP, or in split-screen as two separate videos. On top of it, LG has also implemented a gimbal mode for the camera app which lets you pan, move left-right while shooting with gimbal-like controls.
The LG Wing is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor. It has 8GB RAM and internal storage of 128GB that can be expanded up to 2000GB using a microSD card. The phone has a 4000mAh battery which, in my view, is not good enough for a device with a dual display. Being a flagship phone, the LG Wing is loaded with sensors like In-Display Fingerprint, Magnetometer, Proximity, Ambient light, Gyroscope, Accelerometer, etc.
