Samsung Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service that facilitates contactless payments using Galaxy smartphones and watches. Here is how to set up Samsung Pay on Galaxy Watch 4, 5, or 6 and pay merchants by tapping your device on a contactless payment terminal. Having set up Samsung Pay on your Galaxy Watch, you wouldn’t need to fumble through your wallet or take out your smartphone to make payments.
Samsung Pay works with most major credit and debit cards from various banks around the world. It is compatible with NFC (Near Field Communication) and MST (Magnetic Secure Transmission) technologies. It is convenient because you no longer need multiple physical cards to purchase things. All your payment information is stored securely in one place on your device. Since each transaction requires authentication through fingerprint or PIN verification, it’s safe to use.
Since Samsung switched to Android Wear OS from Tizen, you can use ADB over Wi-Fi on your Galaxy Watch to customize settings, transfer files, and install apps via ADB commands.
