  1. Open notepad in your PC from the Windows Start menu. Copy the below code and paste it in the notepad.

  2. Now save the file with some file name followed by .reg extension.
  3. Double-click on this file to run this registry file to fix the issue. Once you double click on the file, you will be prompted to allow this file to run on your PC.

    does someone know the root cause of this issue?
    I am asking this because the Registry modification actually solves the issue, but the problem appears again at the following restart.
    So I guess there is some underlying issue causing this that keeps repeating
