OnePlus 13T Specifications

The OnePlus 13T features a 6.32-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate that ensures smooth visuals and vibrant colors. The screen supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. With ultra-narrow bezels and a punch-hole design, the device maintains a modern and sleek appearance. The phone’s dimensions are 150.8 x 71.7 x 8.2 mm, and it weighs approximately 185 grams.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 13T is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, built on a 3nm process. This processor includes an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 830 GPU, delivering top-tier performance for gaming and multitasking. The device comes in configurations of up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 15 with OxygenOS 15.

The OnePlus 13T sports a dual-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens. These cameras support features like HDR, panorama, and 4K video recording at 60fps. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera. ​
