When a reminder notification pops in, do the following:
- Using Digital Crown, scroll down.
- Click on Mute Reminders for today.
You can also change the duration in which you receive the progress update of your goals. If you want to be reminded less or more about how you are doing, then you can lengthen or shorten the time intervals between updates. You can do this by:
- Launch Watch app on your iPhone.
- Click on notifications.
- Tap Activity and then Click on Progress update.
- Select between 2, 4, or 6 hours.
